Text Box: Objective The objective of the Crosslands Youth & Family Mentorship and After-School Program is to create a outreach ministry of caring volunteers, empowering them to interact with at-risk youths with a caring structured environment, a one-to-one relationship of accountability and encouragement.

Mission

Our mission is to ensure to physical, spiritual and emotional well-being of all youth, enabling them to become healthy, happy and successful adults.

Goal

Reduce the rate of school drop-outs, delinquency, substance abuse and teen pregnancy among at-risk youth.

Philosophy

We believe that every child is capable of learning and growing up to be an effective individual if properly guided by caring mature adults
